Treadstone surveying is a small independent surveying practice providing residential surveys within London and the home counties. Our strength is our size, as a small independent company we provide a personalised experience from instruction until the property is purchased.
With 30 years’ experience within the surveying and construction industry, we provide clients with a high level of service, using an extensive range of knowledge and experience.
We are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors (RICS), Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
As a RICS regulated company we provide residential surveys to RICS standards.

Our Commitment
QUICK DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering level 2 and level 3 reports with 3-5 working days of the inspection.
REGISTERED SURVEYORS
Your survey will be conducted by a RICS regulated surveyor with experience in the property type you are purchasing.
Pre and post survey phone calls
We will call you prior to the inspection to run through any concerns you have with the property, a call after the survey to give an overview of the inspection, and a call once the report is issued to answer any further concerns.
The Report
The report will be on a RICS template with an easy to understand traffic light rating system, and high quality photos highlighting any defects or concerns.
